Infectious Disease Project – web resources!

You assignment is to surf the Internet and find good sources of information about infectious diseases for your upcoming project.  As you surf, think about what disease you would like to research.  You don’t have to decide yet but this will help you get started in the process.  Remember to always verify that your web sources are legitimate.

Assignment:  Find one good source, paste it into a comment, and tell why you think it is a good site.

Use these sites to help you get started…

Lab Rewrite Guidelines

Formal Lab Rewrite Guidelines

  • You can gain up to half of your points back that you missed originally.
Example:  An 80% can go to a 90%, if perfectly written the second time.
  • Rewrites must be edited electronically and the entire lab must be reprinted.
  • You must highlight or neatly point out all the changes you make in your rewrite.
  • You must turn in your originally graded paper with your rewrite.
  • Just as with tests and quizzes, formal lab rewrites are due 1 week (5 school days) from the date they were returned to you in class.
  • If you do not follow any of these guidelines, you will have no chance at earning credit back.
